The Information Technology Infrastructure Library
(ITIL) www.itil.org is a set of concepts and techniques for
managing information technology (IT) infrastructure, development, and operations. Continual Service
Improvement (CSI) is a component of ITIL, that focuses on aligning and realigning IT services to changing business needs.
The goal of Continual Service Improvement is to identify
and implement improvements to the IT services that support the Business Processes. The perspective of CSI on improvement is
the business perspective of service quality, even though CSI aims to improve process effectiveness, efficiency and cost effectiveness
of the IT processes through the whole lifecycle. .

About Us......
Paradigm Advisors is a Connecticut
based Corporation formed in 2003. Our business model was designed to help Lead IT Decision Makers
(CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, etc) with the due diligence related to making, confident and justified decisions on IT initiatives. The company’s initial
vision was to cost effectively assist with the continual strategic review of emerging technologies that
could efficiently increase service levels in the face of reduced budgets and decreased staff. This
was accomplished by providing explicit and tacit knowledge through shared research and peer collaboration. In 2005, IT Governance
and Business/IT Alignment became a focus for many of our clients and they requested assistance with understanding how proven
methodologies (i.e., PMBOK, ITIL, COBIT, Balanced Scorecard, etc.) could be adopted by small and midsize organizations.
On that basis, our services expanded to include consulting
services for Portfolio Management efficiencies, Business/IT Alignment, Infrastructure Optimization and IT cost reduction analysis. To support our vision,
